Facebook and Instagram Data

• Facebook Page access tokens
• Public data about your Facebook Pages, such as page ID and page name
• Instagram business account IDs connected to your Facebook Pages
• Content that you create, schedule, publish, or manage through SoPilot Pro
• Comments and reply data when you enable automation features

WhatsApp Business Data

• WhatsApp Business account connection details
• Message templates and auto-reply settings created by you
• Message data required to provide automation features you enable

YouTube Data

• YouTube channel ID, channel name, and channel thumbnail
• YouTube OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
• Videos, titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings, and scheduling information that you upload or schedule through SoPilot Pro
• YouTube upload status and related publishing information

We do not collect personal Facebook profile information unless explicitly authorized for Page management purposes. We do not collect your Google password, YouTube password, or Facebook password.

How We Use Your Data

We use this data to:

• Schedule and publish posts to your connected Facebook Pages
• Manage Instagram publishing and comment automation if configured by you
• Automate or schedule replies to comments if configured by you
• Connect your YouTube channel and upload or schedule videos on your behalf
• Display connected account status and publishing history inside your SoPilot Pro account
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and platform security

YouTube API Services

SoPilot Pro uses YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their YouTube channel and upload or schedule videos.

By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service:

You can revoke SoPilot Pro’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through your Google account permissions page:

We may share data only when necessary to operate the service, such as with platform APIs you authorize, hosting providers, security providers, or when required by law.

Your Control

You may revoke access to your connected platform data at any time by disconnecting the platform from SoPilot Pro.

You may also revoke platform access directly from:

• Facebook and Instagram account settings
• Google account permissions for YouTube access
• WhatsApp Business settings where applicable

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain connected account data, tokens, scheduled content, and publishing records only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
